How Long Records Are Kept

Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve your enquiry, then deleted. Server logs are retained for a limited period to monitor activity and are erased when no longer required for security or operations. We do not hold data indefinitely. Once the purpose for holding it ends, it is securely removed from our systems. No backups are retained after deletion.

Your Right to Access or Delete Data

You can request a copy of any personal data we hold about you by using the contact form on the site. We will respond in line with Malaysian personal data protection law. You may also ask us to delete your data by sending the same request through the contact form. We will remove it unless we are legally required to keep it. There is no fee for these requests.
