What turnover means

Turnover, also called wagering requirement, is the total amount you must bet before a bonus becomes withdrawable. At this site, turnover is calculated on your deposit plus the bonus amount, not the bonus alone.

For example, a RM100 deposit with a RM100 bonus means you must wager the combined RM200 a set number of times. Always check the multiplier before claiming any offer.

Game weighting explained

Different games count differently toward turnover. Slots contribute in full, meaning every ringgit you bet on a slot game goes entirely toward the requirement. This makes them the fastest way to clear a bonus.

Live dealer tables contribute only a fraction of each bet, often around ten to twenty per cent. Low-odds sportsbook selections, such as heavy favourites, usually contribute nothing at all.

Maximum bet limits

While a bonus balance is active, the platform enforces a maximum bet per spin or hand. This limit is typically stated in the offer terms. Exceeding it, even once, can void the entire bonus and any winnings from it.

Players should set their bet size carefully before playing. If you accidentally place a bet above the limit, the site may remove the bonus and keep the wagered amount.

Expiry and forfeiture

Every bonus runs on a rolling expiry window that starts the moment the offer credits to your account. You must complete the turnover requirement within that time, or the bonus portion is forfeited.

Your original deposit is never taken away. If the timer runs out, the bonus and any winnings linked to it are removed, but your cash balance stays intact. Always note the offer's validity period.

Deposit and withdrawal methods

Malaysian players can fund their account using e-wallets like Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, and Boost, or via bank transfer and online banking. DuitNow and FPX transfers are also accepted for quick deposits.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same method used for deposit when possible. E-wallet payouts are usually faster than bank transfers, but both are available in ringgit.

Language and support options

The platform is available in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. All bonus terms, game rules, and help pages are translated so players can read them in their preferred language.

Customer support can be contacted through live chat or email. Agents are fluent in English and Bahasa, and response times are generally within a few hours during business hours.

Checking bonus terms yourself

Before claiming any offer, open the specific promotion page and read the full terms. Look for the turnover multiplier, game weighting table, max bet limit, and expiry period. These details are always listed.

If something is unclear, contact support before you start playing. Understanding the rules beforehand prevents accidental forfeiture and helps you choose the right bonus for your play style.

Choosing a suitable bonus

Match your playing habits to the bonus type. If you mainly play slots, a high turnover offer with full weighting is fine. If you prefer live dealer games, look for a bonus that allows higher contribution from table bets.

Sports bettors should avoid bonuses unless the terms explicitly count low-risk bets. A mismatch between your preferred game and the bonus weighting can make turnover very difficult to clear.
